At Ovation Riding, we stand behind the quality of our equestrian gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the gear.
